Refund policy

At Stylicaa, we currently do not provide any return and refund. However, we do offer a flexible 7-day exchange policy to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. If your exchange is approved from our end the product will be delivered to you within 3-7 days.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

• Your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at stylicaatrends27@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your exchange request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at stylicaatrends27@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
